Blue Room/Impact Workshops: Weekly all-student meetings where youth share journal entries, communicate successes, challenges and/or inquiries in a supportive, safe and nurturing environment.
Conservatory: A well rounded program for ages 8-18, offering professional training in Acting, Voice, Dance, Media Arts and Spoken Word. Students collaborate in the writing and production process and simultaneously master audition and casting techniques.
Dance, Acting and Voice Curriculum –three annual sessions of high quality, affordable performing arts courses taught by industry professionals, culminating in a spring, summer and winter original and Broadway musical theater productions for ages 8 to 18. AGC is proud to offer introductory classes in the arts for ages 5-8.
Students undergo a professional level audition and casting process, and are each assigned a role, which leads to industry experience, self-pride, and further engagement in the production experience.
Annual award to one graduate based on the seniors’ submissions of a competitive essay. Senior Talent Showcase and Writing Workshop – AGC conducts a special performance opportunity for graduating seniors to foster outlets for performance and professional exposure.
